Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The item shows signs of use or damage caused by the customer

  • The return is requested after 30 days

  • The item was purchased on sale or with a promotional discount (unless defective)


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If the item is defective or damaged, we will cover the return shipping cost
